FAQ
How much time do I have to start a compensation case?
Although most cases for damages are time-barred only after 3 years from the date of the incident, we recommend that you obtain legal advice and secure your case as soon as possible. Evidence can be lost, and if liability is disputed it can sometimes take time to obtain evidence from the Defendant. There are exceptions to the 3 years rule, for example, cases for children, battery, and others. If the accident occurred on sea or in the air, you have 2 years within which to bring a claim before the Court.
